I did a lot of research and this had the highest irradiance and an endorsement from Mark Hyman who I listen to often. Now that it's been close to a month we are noticing the benefits and are happy with our decision. The only thing is we travel a lot for work and would love to have a travel case to split it in two and take at least one with us when on the road.
I had been using the toothbrush for several months before my dental visit. My dentist said my gums looked great! I’ve never had such a great response from my dentist. I bought my first Sonic toothbrush in 2005. I’ve always had easy dental appointments that I attribute to how well the toothbrush cleans. We love these. They make using the toilet in the night so much less disruptive to sleep.
We also use them on the 'on' setting into the bedroom when putting children to sleep and evenings are much calmer. It is very useful that they are portable too, so we can pack them to use when staying away from home.

I’ve used this item every day since I received it (2 months). My teeth feel so clean and my gums have definitely benefited. I am intrigued by the red lights in the brush head! The brush head bristles are durable and soft, which is ideal for my sensitive mouth.

So far, I'm very pleased! It's comfortable to lay on, so no problem to lay on it for the timer amount. I know I'm not supposed to see noticeable results for weeks to a couple of months, but I can't see any reason I couldn't continue using the mat.
